Impact Children for Life (ICFL) are services provided at KCC for before and/or aftercare. By signing this agreement the parent(s) or legal guardian(s) agree to abide by the terms and conditions. All campus policies regarding before and after care services (ICFL) are also available in the Parent Student Handbook.
