All requests for time off must be approved in advance by the Campus Director or immediate supervisor. Paid sick time requests must be made and approved prior to the end of the pay period if you would like payment for any sick time missed during the pay period. All paid time off requests are subject to verification of eligibility and are conditioned upon available time earned. Time off is not approved until you receive confirmation from the Campus Director or your immediate Supervisor. If you have any questions about eligibility or paid time you have accumulated, please contact your Campus Director or immediate Supervisor.
